Our fees reflect the depth of document review, number of assets, and travel required. All amounts below are indicative starting points in Australian dollars, exclusive of GST. A formal quote is provided after the preliminary conversation.

Portfolio Strategy Review

From AUD 2,400

Half-day session covering up to four assets in the ACT and surrounding NSW. Includes document review, facilitated session, and written brief within five business days.

Additional assets: AUD 450 each
Interstate assets requiring extended review: quoted individually
Follow-up session within twelve months: AUD 800

Acquisition Advisory

From AUD 3,800

Independent assessment of a single acquisition up to AUD 3 million purchase price. Includes rent roll verification, outgoings reconciliation, and written acquisition brief.

Larger assets or complex multi-tenancy: from AUD 5,500
Site visit outside Canberra metro: travel at cost
Expedited timeline (under ten business days): 20% surcharge

Divestment Planning

From AUD 4,200

Staged exit plan for a single asset including site assessment, tenancy review, maintenance priorities, and campaign timing guidance.

Multi-asset divestment programs: quoted per portfolio
Agent selection workshop: AUD 950 add-on

Payment terms

A 50% deposit is invoiced on engagement confirmation. The balance is due on delivery of the written brief or plan. We accept bank transfer. Consultation fees are non-refundable once document review has commenced, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
